What is Hidrosil?

A hydrosil is a fluid filled sac next to the testicle. It is not cancerous. If you don't have it surgically removed, it will probably grow. I've seen them as large as a grapefruit.

If you are referring to a lymph node, and it is hard, that could be cancer. It could also be a lot of other things, so no need to worry unless you get a diagnosis that is a reason to worry.

A urologist would be perfect, because he could fix a hydrosil if that's what you have, or biopsy the lymph node if that's what you have.

Testicular cancer begins as a scrotal mass, which may be painful. Diagnosis is by ultrasonography and biopsy. Treatment is with orchiectomy and sometimes lymph node dissection, sometimes followed by radiation therapy and chemotherapy, depending on histology and stage.

The Varieties of Hidrosil?

Hydrocele is accumulation of amber colored water like fluid around testes. There are two varieties.
1. Due to some cause like filarial infection, scrotal inflammation, injury etc; this is painful and can be treated with medicines as a part of treatment of the primary condition.

2. Just collection of fluid without any cause is called vaginal hydrosil. This is the common hydrosil noted at all ages. There will be no pain. Apparent increase in ball of that side. By out side appearance, you yourself cannot decide whether the increase in size is due to testis it self or due to hydrosil. Doctor (surgeon) can decide what it is exactly. It can also be confirmed by ultrasound scanning. There no particular symptoms except increase in the size of scrotum. No pain. No medicines work for this. This fluid is to be removed by operation. Operation is not a major one and safe.

The symptoms of hydrosil disease?

If testis one ball is small and other one is comparatively 2 times bigger then one and there is no pain or the bigger one is harder then the other one is this is a hydrosil or some thing else, what is the cause of hydrosil disease and at what age it affects a man and is it curable through medicines and only surgery is the option
